1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1602 platform via our website, mobile app, or any other service channel we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1602 as the platform provider. They apply together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this overall agreement.
The 1602 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1602 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your account details remain current. 1602 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 1602 support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1602 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, and bank transfers to supported local banks. Available methods are subject to change from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount depends on your chosen payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process. Successfully deposited funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated by the system. 1602 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 1602 account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may take some time. Any attempt to withdraw funds linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms will be declined and reported to the relevant authorities.
1602 reserves the right to request identity verification from users before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or cancelled.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability
Users of the 1602 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, or other methods to access the platform unfairly
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it
- Engaging in any form of fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure
1602 is not liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of betting outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or third-party actions. 1602's liability is limited to the deposit amount held in the user's account at the time of the incident and does not cover anticipated winnings or indirect losses.
The platform may experience scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions from time to time. 1602 will endeavour to minimise downtime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

1602 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform. In the case of a temporary suspension, the user will be notified via email or their registered communication channel and given the opportunity to clarify the situation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining funds in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no related term violations.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the 1602 platform are the exclusive property of 1602 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1602.
Third-Party Links
The 1602 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. 1602 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1602 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The last updated date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 1602 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1602 platform shall be resolved first through negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal proceedings in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
